The hotel is located in a lovely part of the UK, close to the Harwich ferry with clean and tidy rooms. The stay was comfortable and warm, but the inability to open the window wider affected room temperature. The dining experience was delightful, especially the morning meals at Brewers Fayre. The hotel is convenient for both short work trips and those traveling via the Harwich ferry, but it is a bit distant from Harwich town.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, being so close to the Harwich ferry and in a lovely part of the UK to stay in. It's a great spot for a short journey to work the next day, surrounded by lots of stores and food outlets. However, it's a bit far from Harwich town. The room, although super tidy and clean, was a bit stuffy and hot even with the fan provided. It would have been nicer if it was a bit warmer when we first entered, especially when it was only 18 degrees outside.

I was so delighted with the location of this hotel, being incredibly close to the Harwich ferry and offering a wonderful view. The rooms were comfy once the heating was adjusted, although they were a bit chilly at first on that cold day. The dining experience was lovely with lots of choice but could have included more variety for breakfast. Fantastic service from the friendly staff and a convenient spot for those catching an early ferry.
